• Uploaded HOA violation letters (image or PDF)
• Your selected state
• Your email address, only if you choose to receive your letter by email
• Payment information (handled by Gumroad — we never see card details)
• Standard analytics (page views, device type) via Google Analytics 4

How we handle your letter

Uploaded files are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis completes — typically within seconds. The resulting analysis (score, findings, summary) is stored so you can return to your results page.

Third parties

• Our AI provider processes your letter for analysis. See their privacy policy for how they handle data.
• Gumroad processes payments. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics tracks aggregate usage with IP anonymization.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
